Turn on: step-by-step instructions

In order to turn on your Moasure ONE, please follow these steps:

  1. Place the device in your hand;

  2. Using your finger, double-tap the front of the Moasure device gently to turn it on.


Note: if you tap it too fast or too slow, you might find that it doesn’t turn on, so take your time to practice and find the right speed and force of your taps.

Turn off: inactivity options

By default, the device will automatically switch itself off after 60 seconds of inactivity. However, you can adjust the device's disconnection time by following these steps:


  1. Go to the “Settings” menu within the Moasure app (touch the cog in the top right corner of the app);

  2. Tap on “Measuring Options”;

  3. Scroll down until you see “Moasure Device Disconnection” where you will be able to set how long you would like the Moasure device connection to be kept alive after taking a measurement. 


Here’re the different options available:


  • 30 seconds

  • 1 minute

  • 2 minutes

  • 5 minutes


Double Tap Sensitivity

If you would like to change the double tap sensitivity, please follow these steps:


  1. Go to the “Settings” menu within the Moasure app (tap the cog in the top right corner of the app);

  2. Go to “Account & Device Management” and tap on "Select Device";

  3. Tap on the little (top right corner);

  4. At this stage, you need to turn on your Moasure device. 

  5. Tap on “Double Tap Sensitivity” (below Battery) to choose one from the list: 

  • Low (harder tap) 

  • Medium 

  • High (softer tap)

Can I turn on the Moasure ONE whilst it is housed within the STICK?

Yes, you can! To do this, please follow these steps:


  1. Place the STICK down on a solid surface;

  2. Double tap on the nose of the device where the LED is.
